Acceptance and Scope

Welcome to Blue Castle Marketing, doing business as Trilogy Dynamics International ("TDI"). By using our website or purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Core Member participation is additionally governed by a separately accepted Core Member Working Agreement, Compensation Plan, and Policies and Procedures, if and when issued. If there is a conflict, a signed agreement controls only for the subject matter it specifically addresses, to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract to become a Core Member. Product customers must satisfy any applicable purchase or age restrictions. You agree to supply accurate information, safeguard account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. TDI may verify identity, residency, eligibility, and payment information when reasonably required.

Products and Services

TDI is developing a network marketing business focused on health, wellness, longevity, and related products and services. Offerings, availability, pricing, ingredients, labels, subscription options, shipping destinations, and eligibility may change. Any telehealth or prescription-related offering, if introduced, will be governed by separate licensed-provider terms, medical consent, privacy notices, and applicable law; TDI does not itself provide medical advice by operating this website.

No Medical Advice; Product Information

Website content is for general information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or supplement use. Follow product labels and warnings. Do not disregard professional advice based on this website. TDI does not represent that dietary supplements diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Where a dietary supplement's labeling makes a structure/function claim requiring a statutory disclaimer, the relevant labeling must include the applicable FDA-required wording, including: "This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." The required disclaimer must be displayed in the manner required by law; placing it in these general Terms alone does not satisfy product-specific labeling requirements.

Network Marketing and Core Member Opportunity

TDI may offer an independent Core Member opportunity governed by a separate written Working Agreement and current Compensation Plan. Core Members are not employees solely by virtue of joining the opportunity. The opportunity is not a franchise, investment security, guaranteed job, or guaranteed income program. No person is promised income merely for enrolling, buying products, obtaining a position, or recruiting others. Any compensation must be earned under a lawful, approved plan and applicable qualification requirements. Recruiting alone, unrelated to genuine sales to ultimate users, does not entitle a participant to compensation.

Income and Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings, if any, are based on market conditions and retail sales volume.

There is no guarantee that any Core Member will earn money, recover expenses, or make a profit. Results vary, and some participants may earn little or no income or lose money after expenses. Expenses may include product purchases, enrollment-related charges where applicable, technology, training, travel, marketing, taxes, and other business costs. Do not rely on hypothetical projections, rank examples, lifestyle imagery, or testimonials as a prediction of your results. TDI and its Core Members may make earnings claims only when supported by reliable evidence of what the relevant typical participant can reasonably expect after expenses and when accompanied by disclosures required by law. Until TDI has sufficient actual, representative results and an appropriately reviewed Income Disclosure Statement, no numerical or lifestyle earnings claims are authorized.

Retail Sales, Inventory, and Prohibited Recruiting Practices

TDI's program is intended to be based on genuine consumer demand and bona fide sales of products or services to ultimate users, not compensation for recruitment alone. Core Members must not make purchases primarily to qualify for rewards, encourage inventory loading, misrepresent product demand, or promise a return on enrollment fees or purchases. TDI may audit transactions and refuse or reverse compensation attributable to fraudulent, returned, self-dealing, or otherwise nonqualifying activity under the applicable written plan and law. Any required repurchase, cancellation, or cooling-off rights will be stated in the applicable agreement and provided as required by law.

Independent Core Member Conduct and Claims

Core Members must identify their independent relationship with TDI when required, use approved marketing materials, accurately describe products and compensation, disclose material connections in endorsements, and comply with advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, telemarketing, and messaging laws. Unauthorized disease-treatment claims, unsubstantiated income claims, fabricated testimonials, misleading before-and-after claims, and deceptive recruitment statements are prohibited. TDI may investigate violations and impose corrective action under applicable agreements.

Centralized Sales and Marketing

TDI may provide centralized sales, marketing, follow-up, and customer-support resources. The existence of these resources does not guarantee leads, sales, commissions, or profit, and does not remove any Core Member's duties under their agreements or applicable law. Communications may be delivered by TDI or authorized providers consistent with applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Orders, Payments, Subscriptions, and Taxes

Prices, shipping, taxes, and any recurring charges will be disclosed before checkout. You authorize charges that you expressly approve. If an auto-renewing purchase is offered, the material terms, renewal frequency, cancellation process, and any required affirmative consent will be disclosed before enrollment. You remain responsible for applicable taxes, including taxes arising from independent business income. TDI may issue required tax forms and withhold amounts where required by law.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Specific shipping terms, product-return eligibility, refund deadlines, recurring-order cancellation methods, and any legally required Core Member buyback rights must be disclosed in a separate, accessible policy before sales or enrollments begin. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

TDI's website content, logos, trademarks, materials, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to TDI or their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred by use of the site or Core Member enrollment. Use of TDI branding by Core Members is subject to written policies and any applicable license.

User Content and Testimonials

If you submit content for publication, you confirm that you have rights to submit it and grant TDI a nonexclusive license to use it for the purpose disclosed at submission, subject to applicable privacy and publicity rights. Testimonials may be edited only without materially changing their meaning. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with our policies.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our website or programs to commit fraud, send unsolicited or unlawful messages, violate privacy rights, access accounts without authorization, misrepresent compensation or health outcomes, engage in pyramid-scheme practices, manipulate orders or commission records, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or interfere with the site or other users.

Third-Party Services and Telehealth

TDI may link to or integrate third-party payment, fulfillment, CRM, analytics, educational, or healthcare services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Any medical consultations, laboratory testing, prescription decisions, or regulated treatments must be provided by appropriately licensed independent professionals where required; availability depends on location and eligibility. TDI does not guarantee a prescription or particular treatment outcome.

Electronic Communications and SMS

You agree to receive operational electronic communications to the extent permitted by law. Promotional email and SMS require any legally necessary consent. Consent to marketing SMS is not required to purchase products or join the business opportunity. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for support. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict website or account access for suspected fraud, security risks, material policy violations, legal requirements, or nonpayment, consistent with applicable law and any separate agreement. Core Member termination, compensation disputes, and post-termination obligations are governed by the Working Agreement and other applicable documents. Termination does not waive nonwaivable consumer rights.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. TDI does not promise any specific financial, medical, or business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, TDI disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law prohibits excluding.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TDI against third-party claims arising from your unlawful acts, infringement, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by TDI's own unlawful conduct or negligence where applicable law forbids shifting that responsibility.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any valid separate dispute-resolution agreement. These website Terms do not independently require binding arbitration. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights or legally protected access to regulators or courts.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent legally permissible. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable checkout terms govern general website use. Separately accepted Core Member agreements and product-specific terms may govern their respective subjects.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter accepted contractual rights except as legally permitted.
