Independent Business Opportunity Disclosure

TDI's proposed Core Member opportunity is an independent business opportunity, not employment or a guaranteed source of income. Participation may require agreement to additional terms, subject to applicable law. The official written Compensation Plan and Working Agreement—not presentations, verbal statements, or illustrative diagrams—govern eligibility and payment. Prospective Core Members should review all documents and consider likely expenses before joining. A compensation structure must reward genuine product sales to ultimate users rather than recruitment alone.

Earnings and Lifestyle Claims

Earnings, if any, are based on market conditions and retail sales volume.

No earnings or profits are guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary and may be negative after expenses. No representative, member, or affiliate is authorized to promise financial freedom, passive income, early retirement, a particular monthly income, or that members will earn more than they spend without reliable, representative substantiation and required disclosures. Any future Income Disclosure Statement must reflect actual participant data and appropriately account for participants with zero earnings and typical expenses. TDI will not publish invented income figures or borrow another company's income data as though it were TDI's results.

Health and Wellness Claims

Product descriptions and endorsements must be truthful, nonmisleading, and supported by competent evidence appropriate to the claim. Dietary supplements are not drugs and cannot be advertised as curing or treating disease absent appropriate legal authorization. FDA-required structure/function labeling disclaimers must accompany qualifying product-specific claims in the prescribed manner. Customer testimonials do not replace scientific substantiation. Consult a healthcare professional before starting supplements, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a medical condition.

Endorsements and Independent Member Marketing

Core Members and other promoters must disclose material financial connections when endorsing TDI products or the opportunity, avoid misleading before-and-after presentations, and use current approved disclosures. TDI may require correction or removal of unlawful or misleading promotions.

Third-Party Healthcare and Regulated Products

If TDI later partners with telehealth providers, pharmacies, laboratories, or other regulated entities, each provider will determine eligibility and clinical care under its own legally required terms. No website statement guarantees access to prescription medications or implies that TDI can prescribe medications. Product and service availability may vary by jurisdiction.

Returns, Repurchases, and Auto-Renewal

Customer returns, subscription cancellations, and any Core Member inventory repurchase rights are governed by separate published policies and mandatory law. Any recurring billing requires clear terms and applicable consent. Do not assume a refund or repurchase is available unless the applicable policy or law provides it.

Intellectual Property

Disputes and Applicable Law
